The Arctic Chapter has produced a Christmas Art Card Set of 7 cards featuring various designers from the chapter. The designers are:

  • Steve Freake, MGDC
  • Janet Pacey, MGDC
  • Diana Curtis, MGDC
  • Allison Howie, MGDC
  • Michael Ericsson, MGDC
  • Shannon Bartoshewski, Graduate
  • Nigel Fearon, Associate

These cards are truly northern. Along with the help of a Yellowknife, NT based print company, our northern based designers stepped away from their everyday routines and created a piece of artwork depicting their favourite part of Christmas and the North.

The card sets are available for $10/set (plus shipping if applicable) online at www.gdc.net and at various retailers in Yellowknife, NT, Iqaluit, NU and Haines Junction, YK.

This is the first activity of this kind for the Arctic Chapter and it has been a great success.
