
Raising your level of membership, is a great way to raise the bar for yourself, encouraging you to grow as a designer, and show your current, and prospective clientele, or boss that you take your profession seriously. He will discuss the development and predominance of photographic reproduction on book jackets, giving a brief overview of the way in which the desire to improve photographic reproduction has driven the development of printing technologies and altered our ideas about printing and design. He will pay specific attention to the effect these developments have had on typography.
Andrew Steeves is a printer and typographer and the co-owner of Gaspereau Press, Kentville, Nova Scotia.
