This is your personal invitation to complete the 2012 chapter member survey –help us shape our chapter initiatives and you get the chance to win an iPad2!
Your opinion is extremely valuable to us. We rely on your feedback to help shape our chapter's activities and initiatives for the new year. Your insight helps us determine where to focus our efforts in order to better serve you.
The survey should take around 10 to 15 minutes to complete, and you can track your progress along the way.

Complete the survey and get a chance to win an iPad2 (Wifi), colour of your choice. The draw is only open to members of the GDC in good standing who have completed the survey in whole, and submitted a draw entry. Your chances of winning depend on the number of respondents to the survey. One entry per person.
To complete the survey you need:
1) The email address registered in your GDC profile, located on www.gdc.net
2) Your Membership Number. Your membership number is printed on your membership card or certificate. You can also find it on your GDC profile page.
To locate your membership number on your profile page, sing into your profile at www.gdc.net/designers/members/account.htm
