The doors opened at 5:30pm and the proceedings began for the 2009 Annual General Meeting at Ambrosia. Now Past President Valerie Elliott directed the meeting which reviewed the past year including reports on events, membership and finances. A new executive was then elected including the new chapter President, Aaron Heppell. After a brief break Mark Busse took the stage for a wonderful and informative presentation on the Icograda Design Week in Beijing. Mark followed up his presentation with information about the upcoming Icograda Design Week in Vancouver as well. Thanks goes out to everyone who volunteered for the AGM as well as throughout the entire year. A very special thank you however goes out to Valerie Elliott, who's amazing 2 year term as president has now come to a close. Our entire chapter thanks her for all of her wonderful efforts!

Being involved in industry-specific decisions can give you an edge in business so consider board participation in your 2010 strategies.
Attached are the forms and information for nomination. These will be accepted until Jan 28 and nominations can also be made at the AGM.
