GDC Manitoba presents the third installment in our series of Design For Business lunchtime speaker sessions, on Wednesday, September 21. Join us for Branding Made Simple, as our guest presenter Carson Samson (CGD) helps break down the myths and misconceptions of branding for small business. He will explain how proper branding can help elevate your business’ profile and will take us through:

  • The importance of having a logo
  • How to distinguish the difference between a logo and a brand
  • How typography, colour and language can be an effective part of brand identity

A graduate of the University of Manitoba (Bachelor of Fine Arts, Honours), Carson Samson began working as a graphic designer in 1999. In 2005, he launched Samson Design Studios, surrounding himself with a talented circle of professionals and innovative minds.
