UCDA was founded in 1970 as the nations first and only association for professionals involved in the creation of visual communications for educational institutions. Over the years, it has grown to an organization comprised of more than 1000 members throughout the United States and Canada.
The University & College Designers Association (UCDA) exists to promote excellence in visual communications for educational institutions.
As a professional trade association, they offer annual memberships; professional development opportunities through conferences, summits, and workshops; a quarterly trade publication/magazine; monthly job posting service; and email messaging lists for both working communication professionals as well as design educators.
