Dr. Dori Tunstall is a leader in the field of design anthropology: a field that seeks to understand how the processes and artifacts of design help define what it means to be human. As Associate Professor of Design Anthropology and Associate Dean of Learning and Teaching at Swinburne University in Australia, she is passionate about civically-engaged design. Dr. Tunstall is the organizer of the U.S. National Design Policy Initiative, has taught at University of Illinois at Chicago and has worked for Sapient Corporation and Arc Worldwide.
