THIS SATURDAY, April 24th, 2010 is the GDC/BC ICOGRADA Design Week POGO Conference and we want to ensure students know about and attend this amazing event. There is no better way for current students and upcoming design professionals to connect with the design community then our portfolio critique. At almost all the past POGO events, each student sat and spoke with everyone on the list. Look at the list of this year's participants!
No printed portfolio, no worries! Bring a fully charged laptop (or iPad!) with your work on it.
Online registration ends tomorrow with limited tickets available at the door, but no guaranteed spaces. See you there!!

UX Design for the web is a hot topic, but far too often we find it too hard to pin down so we just touch the surface and don’t explore the depths. As it is becoming something of a de facto standard it is in our best interest as interactive designers to understand the discipline. No longer something that has to always be hugely complex and costly, we’ll cover the “back to basics” approach to UX design in this workshop.
