In this free 30 minute webinar, business development consultant and Win Without Pitching founder Blair Enns will examine the roots of the free pitching problem (why clients ask creative services firms to part with their thinking for free, and why agencies agree to it) and its many implications. Focused on smaller creative firms, attendees will be shown a three-step method to competing with larger agencies without pitching free ideas.
Presenter Blair Enns is on a mission to change the way creative services are bought and sold the world over, one firm at a time. "Most creative firm principals understand the costs of pitching free ideas, but at the same time they assume that these business costs are offset by business development advantages," says Enns. "There's this assumption that, 'If I'm not pitching then surely I'm walking away from numerous opportunities and putting my firm at a competitive disadvantage.' But that's not the case. Any creative firm can stop pitching free ideas and improve their business development effectiveness. There's nothing like winning without pitching when your competition continues to pitch and lose."
