The Society of Graphic Designers of Canada (GDC) is Canada's only national association for professional graphic and communication designers.The GDC licenses CGD certification to qualified graphic and communication designers who pass a rigorous portfolio review, agree to adhere to a strict Code of Ethics, and possess seven years of combined education and practical experience.  The CGD certification mark is the mark of design quality and excellence in Canada.
