Alberta North's undertaking of our own local survey was such a success that National has taken our lead to do a National survey. So although a lot of the questions are similar, please take the moment to answer this survey to ensure that ABN is heard loud and clear at the national level as national decisions will be based on the responses received on this survey. Complete the survey for a chance to win an iPad 2 (Wifi), colour of your choice. The draw is only open to members of the GDC in good standing who have completed the survey in whole, and submitted a draw entry. Your chances of winning depend on the number of respondents to the survey. One entry per person.
To complete the survey you need:
1)
The email address registered in your GDC profile, located on
www.gdc.net
2) Your Membership Number. Your membership number is printed on your membership card, or certificate. You can also find it on your GDC profile page.
