Dear Licentiate Members,

Your membership is very important to us and we would like to take this opportunity to remind you of the January 1, 2013 deadline for the final phase out of the LGDC category.

All current LGDC’s are able to continue to use the LGDC honourific until January 1, 2013, at which time the LGDC membership category will be discontinued. Please note that LGDC members who have not become CGD certified by January 1, 2013 will be automatically placed into the Provisional category at the level three rate.

In order to provide LGDC members with an opportunity to become CGD certified, most Chapters will be holding case studies/portfolio review sessions in the fall.

The GDC, your Chapter Executives and your chapter Membership Chair are keen to assist you in the process of upgrading. We aim to make this a smooth transition for you.
