I hope you are all having a relaxing summer! The Manitoba chapter executive continues to push forward, with several initiatives in the planning stages for late fall, including something special for the chapter's 20th anniversary.

We're also very happy to announce the addition of Karen Niedzwiecki (Creative Director and Account Manager at The Faqtory) to the board. She will be helping to plan and deliver a series of events focused directly at the business community. Her enthusiasm and energy is infectious and we're looking forward to sharing more of those plans soon!

Lend Your Voice: Constitutional Changes Survey Reminder

In early June you received background information from our new National President Jim Hudson, regarding important GDC constitutional changes. The accompanying survey has been running for a month; thank you to those who have responded already!

However, we need to hear from all of you.

The closing date is July 31st — in two weeks. Please respond today. It's important; the feedback we receive from chapter members will directly inform our position in the re-vote in September.
